Summer 2026
This Summer term we are looking at The Great Fire of London in History, learning about London in Geography and we are looking at plants in Science. In English we are working on writing narratives based on 'Stardust' and we will be covering fractions, time, money and position and direction in Maths. In Music we will be focussing on musical symbols and pitch. Finally, in PE we will be learning a new dance based on The Great Fire of London. 

We will also be going on a trip to Brockholes in May which will support our Science learning this half term.

Weekly homework will be sent out on a Friday afternoon on a Friday and will consist of the weekly spellings that follow the learning that has taken place that week. Reading should be done every night to improve fluency and we ask you to constantly check understanding through questioning. We also ask that Numbots is being accessed at home. 

We have PE on Tuesday and Friday.
