Image of Making Bird Feeders

This morning we have been outside making bird feeders. We mixed seeds with lard and then pressed the lard into a pine cone. For some reason a few children didn't like the feel of the lard! We then hung the feeders in the garden. We now just have to wait and see what birds come and feed from them!

The Great British Bird Watch is 28th - 30th January, You could make a bird feeder or put out some seeds and see what birds come to your garden. I have added the link to the R.S.P.B if you would like to find out more.
