In tag-rugby, we tested our pulse rate during different stages of activity: sitting, jogging, running and cooling down. We collected our data in a table and used this to create a line graph in maths.

What did you learn in tag-rugby? What happened to your pulse rate during exercise?

Although I didn't think I would enjoy playing tag rugby, I did! I also enjoyed taking my pulse rate and using this data to create a line graph.

In tag-rugby I didn't know that you had to throw the ball backwards to move forward(like What!). I also learnt that tag-rugby is suprisling really fun I enjoyed it so much.

I had played Tag Rugby before and I enjoyed it. It was fun finding our pulse rate because the difference between the activities were always different and, well, I just loved everything about it!

I learned that it's not that hard when u actually play it.my pulse rate went pretty high and on the last one it went low.

I learned to always hold the ball in two hands and swing it side to side when running. My pulse rate didn't go very high but that's a good thing.
