Pet canaries visit!
Thank you to all of the parents who have enhanced our pets topic by bringing in their pets! The children have loved it! It has been lovely to hear the children, be the experts and explain to the class how to look after and care for their pets. The canaries were beautiful and we loved hearing them sing! We can’t wait to hear about the new arrival when it comes!
Year 6 write a diary entry about Beowulf.
The children in Year 6 have been learning all about Beowulf. Today they created a fantastic diary entry and these are just a few of the volunteers who read it out to the rest of the class.
Open Afternoon with Owls
On February 12th, the children in Owls gave our parents/carers an insight into a typical PE lesson during Open Afternoon. We began the session with a very energetic warm up. The children then performed their gymnastics routines and we then ended the session with very calm cool down.
