Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

We have celebrated the Platinum Jubilee in lots of different ways this week. We have been making bunting, chalking and painting flags, making crowns to wear, role playing afternoon tea parties in the home corner, finding out facts about Queen Elizabeth, sharing family memories about past jubilee celebrations and medals from the queen with the class, enjoying a jubilee picnic and the grand finale was performing our 1980s song and dance - Agadoo! to the rest of the school, in our jubilee concert! Wow! Great fun this week!
