Eating like a Viking!

I thought that the mor monsen kake was divine it was well cooked , it also tasted like a Victoria sponge. The baked apples were delicious especially the oats and the honey . The hot apple and pear honey drink was very refreshing especially with the apples and pears in them .

I really enjoyed the cake and the baked apples. My favourite was DEFINATELY the apples, so, I would try and recreate that! The Mor Monsen cake was also lovely. My least favourite thing that I had, had to be the drink. It was warm and was too chunky. Maybe if it was a cold drink, and didn't have chunks of pears and apples, it probably would've been quite nice. :)

The mor monsen kake was yummy, i would defiantly make it again at home. The baked apples were too sweet for me and i did not like the apple and pear water, although it was fun making it.
