Ourselves

This week at Little Chicks we have been continuing with our theme of Ourselves and our bodies.

We have been using our senses to investigate, especially our noses to identify the different smells in the pots. We have also been looking at different body parts, talking about what we use them for and why we need them.

On Thursday we had some special visitors come to see us. The younger baby siblings of some of our reception children. We talked about how the babies were different to us and how they might communicate when they need something. The children asked some great questions and listened carefully, our visitors were very impressed!
