Last Thursday we celebrated World Book Day. We have been reading lots of different books by Julia Donaldson as she has animals as her characters. We came to school dressed as an animal from one of Julia Donalson books.

I came as a rabbit from the book called The Rhyming Rabbit. I liked Lily’s costume as the singing mermaid. My favourite Julia Donaldson book is The Rhyming Rabbit.

I came to school as Monkey from Monkey puzzle as it is my favourite book. I like it because I love monkeys. Maddie's dog costume was my favourite because it was cute.

I came as the highway rat I love this book.
My favourite Julia Donaldson books are squash and a squeeze and the highway rat. They are fun books to read. I loved seeing everyone dressed up as a character. We had a fun day.
