Well Done for another great week Kestrels!

The children have been learning to read and write Roman Numerals up to 100 and some children have learnt them up to 1000. We have then learnt how to use the column method of addition. Next week we will look at subtraction.

The children have also researched and written their own Stone Age non-chronological reports this week.

We have watched the Heads and Deputies presentations in class and discussed then voted on who we would elect and why.

In Geography we have located Lancashire on a map and learnt about different land uses and features across the County.

Well done to Marcie, our Star of the Week this week.

Enjoy the weekend and I look forward to another fun and busy week next week.
