`We have been writing instructions for brushing our teeth, making sandwiches and getting ready for school.`

`We have found out that instructions use imperative verbs ... These are 'bossy' verbs. Do you know any?`

`Also we have learned a song all about imperative verbs.`

`Today, to finish our topic we have used our wonderful instructions to make a delicious sandwich and we even got to eat them!!!!!!`

Making sandwiches was fun. Mine tasted great. I know lots of imperative verbs like wash, scrub, put, fold, grab, cut, open, pull, push and lift. I've used commas in my list. Love Charlotte x
