Visit from the dental nurse

Friday 13th March

Today we had two dental nurses visit us from a dental surgery to tell us more about keeping our teeth healthy.

They taught us the importance of brushing our teeth, twice a day everyday day. They also told us what can happen to our teeth if we don't!

We learned about which foods can cause our teeth to rot and what happens when your teeth do rot!

Then we had a go at dressing up as dentists and we finished with some healthy acitivity sheets. Finally, our session ended with healthy teeth goody bags!
