Music
Music plays a significant role in the life of Carleton Green School and the children have numerous opportunities to enjoy music outside of the normal curriculum provision. Some instrumental tuition is provided by peripatetic teachers for which a charge is levied. We currently 'boast' a school choir, guitars, beginners and intermediate recorder groups, keyboard, woodwind and violins.
Music is very important at Carleton Green. Carleton Green is full to the brim with music. You would be able to tell just by looking at the clubs list.
Recorders,guitars and Violin. In year 4 the children will be able to play instruments with Wider Opportunities. There are also 3 musical competitions each year - Voice of the year (Juniors & Infants) and musician of the year (just juniors). We all love music at Carleton Green.
